Class Pass Pricing
10 class passes are available for professional level class or adult drop-in class on schedule. They are valid for six months after purchase.

Class Policy
A minimum of 3 students is needed for each professional class. If our minimum is not reached 30 minutes prior to start, class will be cancelled and purchases refunded.
Inaside Company Class: Contemporary Fusions

This class will combine contemporary artistry with jazz athleticism. Class will include an energizing full body warm up, some across the floor/improv, and a longer center combination. Dancers are encouraged to tap into their emotional range as well as their physical capabilities. The goal of each class is to grow and make a deeper connection with yourself as a performer, dancer, and artist.

Adv/Pro Contemporary Modern

This advanced/professional class combines modern dance techniques with contemporary movement and somatic practices including Bartenieff fundamentals, Laban movement analysis, functional and athletic movement training, myofascial release, yoga, and more. Whether looking to further technical expertise, prepare for a rehearsal/performance process, or rejuvenate and revitalize, the opportunities to expand movement potential are limitless.

Adv/Pro Ballet

Using the foundation of ballet technique and language - dancers are challenged with complex combinations. Teachers work with local ballet companies as artistic directors or choreographers.

Open Level Hip Hop

This is a high-energy, choreography-based class infusing commercial dance with original forms of hip hop. Students will learn various choreographic combinations while building confidence, grooving, and having fun!
Please wear comfortable clothing and clean sneakers.

Intermediate Contemporary

Sean Roschman is a dancemaker from Chicago, IL who recently returned to his hometown to form a new artistic project: Niko8. Prior to Niko8, he worked in New York City for over a
decade as a choreographer for concert dance, theater, commercial projects, circus and corporate events. With his company Roschman Dance, he choreographed five original evening length productions that have been presented at The Manhattan Movement And Arts Center, The Ailey Citigroup Center, The Jacqueline Onassis Kennedy Theater, Theater80 and The Battery Dance Festival. His work has appeared in venues such as PS122, Joe’s Pub, Roulette, HereArts Center, Brooklyn Music School, Triskelion Arts, GreenSpace NYC, New York University. He has taught at Peridance, New York University and The New York Conservatory For The Dramatic Arts and served as a visiting artist for Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute. Roschman has also worked designing, choreographing and directing unique large scale spectacle performances for commercial clients such as Cirque Du Soleil, Queen Of The Night, Lady Gaga, Mercedes Benz Fashion Week 2010, The House Of Yes, The Maritime Aquarium of Connecticut, Terminal5, The Stuyvesant Real Estate Group and others. Recently, he spent 5 years working as a Flying Director for ZFX Flying Effects Inc, choreographing theatrical performer flying for hundreds of performances nationally and internationally.
