Improv and Process

This class is about finding joy and expression in the body, engaging with rigor and musicality, and amplifying our own individual artistic voices. We work through a meditative warm up that combines breath, floor work, and fitness principles, move into improvisational and technical exercises, and culminate with phrase work. Combining the freedom of the club with the rigor of a ballet barre, this class aims to make you sweat and feel good in your body while pushing your limits creatively and physically.
