Pilates is a discipline of applying balance in your body. We create an experience tailored to each group's needs. We will stretch, strengthen, and, most importantly, breathe to encourage balance within us - all while toning our muscles!
This class begins with meditative breathing exercises allowing you to feel centered and focused. We will move through asanas (poses) in a dance-like sequence. Then wind down with restorative poses to help lengthen your tired muscles and relax your mind. What a great way to end a long day! Tarah loves to use hands on assists and essential oils to help deepen your practice.
