This workout incorporates light weight sculpting and ballet-inspired movements that target the booty and tighten the core to give you a long, lean, dancer body. Choreographed to music, the class will tighten you in all the right places. Within a few sessions you will be a longer and leaner version of yourself.

This class begins with meditative breathing exercises allowing you to feel centered and focused. We will move through asanas (poses) in a dance-like sequence. Then wind down with restorative poses to help lengthen your tired muscles and relax your mind. What a great way to end a long day! Tarah loves to use hands on assists and essential oils to help deepen your practice.
